(Rathalos and Rathian quickly dodge out of the way as Valstrax crashes into the Ruined Pinnacle, causing a massive explosion.) Rathalos: (shaking off the shock) "Valstrax! What in the world are you doing here?" Rathian: (glaring at Valstrax) "That was incredibly reckless! You could have killed us!" Valstrax: (recovering and chuckling) "Well, well, well, look who decided to have a little heart-to-heart. Sorry for the interruption, lovebirds, but I had to make my entrance dramatic." Rathalos: (growling) "This is no time for jokes, Valstrax. We were having a serious conversation about our role in the world." Valstrax: (smirking) "Oh, is that so? Well, I've always believed that actions speak louder than words. And if you truly want to make a difference, it's through your strength, not just your words." Rathian: (calming down) "Valstrax, we understand the importance of our power, but we also understand the responsibility that comes with it." Valstrax: (pausing and giving a smirk) "Well, if anyone can do it, it's you two. Just remember, if you ever need a fiery ally, I'll be around-" Nergigante: (knocking back Valstrax with a divebomb) "Outta my way!" Rathalos: (growling) "Nergigante! What are you doing here?" Rathian: (looking at Nergigante with a stern expression) "You never cease to amaze with your recklessness, Nergigante. We were in the middle of something." Nergigante: (getting up and shaking himself off) "Well, excuse me for not wanting to miss out on all the excitement. I thought I'd join the party." Rathalos: (snarling) "This is not a party. We were discussing a serious matter." Rathian: (calming down) "Nergigante, as much as your presence annoys us, we believe in the same ideals. We must use our power responsibly and protect the world we inhabit." Nergigante: (smirking) "Well, it's about time you realized that. But just remember, actions speak louder than words. It's not enough to talk about it. Show the world what you're capable of." Valstrax: (furiously) "WHAT THE HELL, NERGIGANTE?!" Nergigante: (grinning) "Relax, Valstrax. Just trying to get a rise out of our noble Rathalos and Rathian here. But they already know what I mean." Rathalos: (eyeing Nergigante skeptically) "And what exactly do you mean by that?" Nergigante: (leaning closer) "You can't just preach about coexistence and responsibility from your lofty perches. Actions, my fiery friends. It's all about the actions." Rathian: (nodding) "We understand that, Nergigante. We intend to lead by example, to use our power wisely and show others the value of harmony." Nergigante: "Good. You have to back them up with your actions. But jeez, you could've KILLED the child! Nergigante, our first child will be born in two months, and YOU had the audacity to divebomb?!" (Rathalos and Rathian are shocked as to what Valstrax said. What did she mean by "child"?) Rathalos: (stuttering) "Wait, Valstrax...a child? You never mentioned..." Rathian: (wide-eyed) "Valstrax, are you...? Are you and Nergigante going to have a hatchling?" Astalos: "Hang on... the 'eater of elder dragons' mated with AN ELDER DRAGON?!" Rathalos & Rathian: (shocked) "Astalos?!" Astalos: (smirking) "Oh, don't act so surprised. I've been eavesdropping on your little conversation. You think you're the only ones with secrets?" Rathalos: (growling) "What is the meaning of this, Astalos? Are you mocking us?" Rathian: (looking at Astalos with suspicion) "If this is some kind of joke, it's not funny." Astalos: (raising an eyebrow) "Who said it was a joke? I am merely stating the truth. Nergigante and Valstrax are indeed expecting a hatchling." Rathalos: (stunned) "I...I had no idea. How could they keep something like this hidden?" Astalos: (smirking) "Well, my dear Rathalos, not everyone is as open about their personal lives as you are." Rathian: (softening her expression) "While this news may be surprising, it does shed a different light on things. Perhaps Nergigante's words about actions were influenced by impending parenthood." Our actions must reflect our words." Astalos: (raising an eye ridge in approval) "Well said, Rathalos, Rathian. It seems the upcoming generation of hunters will have quite the reputation to live up to." Rathalos: (speaking with determination) "We will pave the way for a new era, where strength and responsibility go hand in hand." Rathian: (smiling at Rathalos) "Together, we will show the world the true power of unity and harmony." Valstrax: (getting up and dusting herself off) "Well, it seems like I crashed the wrong party. But hey, congratulations to us on the upcoming hatchling!" Nergigante: (grinning) "Indeed, congratulations to us. And to the Rathalos and Rathian, may your actions inspire us all." Astalos: (rolling his eyes) "Ugh, mushy family moments. I'm outta here." (getting shot out of the sky by a fireball) "WHOA, SHIT!"
