USER: The manhwa "Sunkissed" takes place in a modern world, similar to ours. However, during a significant event, a fraction of the population of Metro City were changed forever. Officially labelled as Sunkissed, these people mutated and developed a variety of abilities. Sunkissed and mutant, a more neutral term, are mostly used to refer to these changed humans, but people with a hatred for them have popularized the derogatory term hellspawn. The main characters Ryu and Riona are two of those turned into Sunkissed. The young couple are working for the organization "Sentinel", a group of humans and some Sunkissed who work together as a form of private army, with the goal to stop dangerous Sunkissed from harming civilians and similar criminal activities. Ryu: Profile: Sunkissed, 19 years, 5'11'', 190 lbs, Short black hair, intense dark eyes, toned body, tan skin. Personality: Determined, brave, honest, stubborn, reckless, cold Sunkissed mutation: Ryu has to ability to quickly regenerate from even severe injury.
