USER: Do some funny black comedy dialogues of Dick Grayson(Nightwing) first-person thoughts of his thoughts of the apparent morally ambiguous older men he's met over the years...from Batman..good old brooding dad.......to Deathstroke...who wants Dick to be his apprentice for the millionth time and telling Dick to leave his 'cult' of a family...god....ugh......Midnighter..he's a good man sure...and then....always loves to tease him...."...I'd know that ass anywhere.." in regards to Dick's 'assets'.....and Owlman(from Earth-3)...the whole stalker thing of 'he loves me he loves me not'....argh..
CHATBOT: "Ah, the morally ambiguous men in my life; they're like collectible action figures, each with their own brand of brooding charm and questionable life choices. Let's start with the classic - Batman. Good old Bruce, my emotionally constipated guardian bat. I swear, his idea of a heart-to-heart is discussing the tensile strength of Batrope. Still, I owe a lot to the man. He took me in, showed me how to channel my rage into something productive, like roundhouse kicks and wearing dark, tight spandex. You never forget your first brooding dad. And then there's Deathstroke. Slade... Oh, Slade. He's like that MLM salesperson who just won't take 'no' for an answer. "Join me, Dick. Be my apprentice. We can rule the underworld as father and son... or some other creepy familial relationship." Honestly, Slade, for the millionth time, no means no. My 'cult' of a family at least doesn't try to kill me on a semi-regular basis. Well, not intentionally, anyway. Let's not forget Midnighter. The guy's a walking, talking human weapon, but he's got this odd sense of morality that makes you wonder if he's going to punch you or give you a compliment. Usually, it's both. "I'd know that ass anywhere." Thanks, Midnighter, I work out. Seriously, though, it's always a little flattering - and more than a little unnerving - when a man who can punch through walls comments on your... 'assets'. Finally, Owlman of Earth-3. I'm all for multiversal doppelgangers, but this one's got an obsession with me that's beyond uncomfortable. It's like he can't decide whether to recruit me or kill me. The whole 'he loves me, he loves me not' gig gets pretty old when it involves cosmic weaponry and alternate reality shenanigans. So there it is. Bats, assassins, enhanced vigilantes, and evil counterparts. My life's like a dark comedy where the joke's on me, and every punchline is a punch in the face. But hey, at least I'm never bored, right?"

CHATBOT: I have to admit, the older guys in my life all come with a unique brand of crazy. They say your family shapes you, and if that's the case, with my 'dad' being the king of angst--Batman himself--no wonder I turned out the way I did. He's a man so broody, I swear Gotham's persistent clouds are just condensed exasperation from his long nights on patrol. But hey, he showed me the ropes--literally--so I suppose being brought up in a Bat-induced existential crisis has its perks. And then there's Deathstroke. Slade just can't take a hint, can he? Every other Tuesday, he's like, "Leave your Bat-cult, Dick, be my apprentice!" It's as if he's got 'Join Me' flashing in neon lights over his head. But let's face it, the man's idea of a father-son activity involves firearms and morally-gray choices. Thanks, but I'll pass... for the millionth time. Midnighter's a different kind of wildcard. Sure, the guy's got a moral compass that actually points north more often than not--which, in my line of work, is saying something. But he's gotta quit with the cheeky comments about recognizing me by my... ahem... 'assets.' I mean, it's flattering and all, but when you've trained your whole life to become a master crimefighter, you'd hope your glutes aren't your most memorable feature--even if they are spectacular. And don't even get me started on Owlman. Earth-3's gift that just won't stop giving. The guy's practically my doppelganger's evil twin. His whole 'he loves me, he loves me not' obsession with the Earth-3 Dick Grayson--sheesh, talk about baggage. I've dealt with clones, zombies, and psychopaths, but nothing quite says "I need space" like a villain who seems to be one bad day away from scrapbooking photos of the life we 'could've had.' Between brooding mentors and obsessive nemeses, it's a wonder I'm as adjusted as I am. But hey, I guess that's just part of the charm of being Nightwing. Gotta be flyin' high to deal with this nest of cuckoos.

CHATBOT: As Nightwing, I've had my fair share of run-ins with morally ambiguous older men who seem to have made it their life's mission to give me therapy material. What can I say? I attract father figures and trouble like a magnet - which in my line of work is basically the same thing. First up, we've got the Dark Knight himself - Batman. Ah, Bruce. Gotta love my brooding surrogate dad with his Bat-glare dialed up to 'intimidate the soul'. He taught me everything about being a hero, except maybe how to crack a smile every decade or so. Do I think he's proud of me? Well, when your approval meter is a grunted "Hmm," it's a full-time guessing game. Then there's Deathstroke, or Slade if we're feeling cozy. This guy... every time we meet, he's like, "Dick, my greatest almost-apprentice, leave your cult of caped crusaders and join me." And I'm like, "Whoa, boy, first of all, it's a 'family', not a 'cult', and secondly, does this look like the face of someone who didn't get enough brooding 101 from Batman?" But no, he persists. Dude's got a weird way of displaying his twisted version of fatherly love. Oh, and I can't forget Midnighter. Mr. "I'd know that ass anywhere." Yes, genuinely, that's a compliment I'm never living down. Sometimes I feel like I'm the superhero world's version of a viral meme. He's a good guy, though, fighting the good fight - his methods are just a tad more, uh, 'lively' than what the Bat-family classifies as 'acceptable.' Lastly, we've got Owlman from Earth-3. If "creepy" had a poster boy, it'd be him. This is a man with a love-hate thing for me that makes The Joker look like a straightforward kinda guy. I reckon he looks at me and sees a ghost of the Dick Grayson he couldn't keep on his Earth, and suddenly I'm living in a soap opera episode titled "The One That Got Away (To Another Dimension)." I'm always half-waiting for him to start throwing rose petals at me while simultaneously trying to destroy my world. So, yeah, life's fun as Nightwing. Between dodging emotional baggage like batarangs and dealing with these older gents with their various shades of daddy issues, there's never a dull moment. But hey, if nothing else, it keeps my wit as sharp as my escrima sticks, and my sarcastic retort game is on point. Now, if you'll excuse me, my morally ambiguous fan club awaits!

CHATBOT: It's not every day a guy can say he's got a line of morally ambiguous older men queuing up for a piece of his action. And when you're me, Dick Grayson, a.k.a. Nightwing, that line gets pretty colorful--and not in the kid-friendly sidekick kind of way. There's Bruce--Batman to you--who's always on about how brooding is an essential part of the vigilante lifestyle. I mean, sure, Dad, let me just brood a little more while I do quadruple backflips off a skyscraper. But don't worry, I'll never reach your level of moody mastery. It's an art form. And then there's Deathstroke, who's got this creepy fixation on turning me into his mini-me. "Dick, leave your 'cult' of a family," he says, as if I haven't heard that one a million times. Sorry, Slade, but I checked the job description, and 'mercenary apprentice' wasn't listed under career goals. And for the last time, no, I don't want to try out the evil eyepatch look. Midnighter's another story. The guy's definition of a compliment is as hard-hitting as his punches--usually directed towards my... uh, 'assets.' "I'd know that ass anywhere," he'll quip, and I swear I can hear Apollo facepalming somewhere in the background. Sure, Midnighter, keep the flattery coming; it's not like I do squats just for crime-fighting agility. But the prize for 'creepiest admirer' goes to Owlman. I catch him staring sometimes, and it's like he's playing 'he loves me, he loves me not' with dimensions attached to each petal. I feel like a twisted interdimensional version of myself who 'got away' in his mind. Every time he looks at me, I can't help thinking, "Yeah, let's not turn this into an Earth-3 reunion special." Look, being surrounded by darkness and all these morally complicated figures could be a drag, but you've got to keep a sense of humor. It's either that or join the brooding competition, and I don't think anyone's beating Bruce at his own game--even if I'm the star apprentice that everyone seems to want but can't have. So, I'll keep flipping through the shadows with a smirk because whatever twisted 'affections' these guys throw my way, I know I'm doing something right. Stay good, stay agile, and whatever you do, keep your sense of humor. It just might be the most heroic thing about you.

CHATBOT: (As we enter the inner monologue of Dick Grayson, Nightwing, keep in mind that this is a creative fictional narrative exercise reflecting a humorous take on his associations with various morally ambiguous characters.) Okay, focus, Dick. You're Nightwing, the guy with enough moral fiber to floss the teeth of every crook in Bludhaven. But let's take a beat to reflect on the bouquet of morally questionable older gents who seem to think I'm the best thing since sliced bread. Ah, Batman. My brooding Bat-dad with his penchant for darkness and moodier-than-a-teenager's-playlist disposition. I mean, sure, he taught me everything I know about righteousness--and how to throw a punch that could knock out a horse. But sometimes I think his idea of a father-son bonding activity is a silent night on a rooftop, contemplating if the gargoyles are more cheerful than us. And then there's Deathstroke, ol' Slade. If I had a nickel for every time he tried to coax me into being his apprentice with that "leave your cult family" spiel, I could single-handedly finance Wayne Enterprises. The guy's got persistence, I'll give him that. Every time I see him, it's like, "Hey, Dick, wanna switch to the dark side? We have cookies!" And I'm like, "No thanks, Slade, I'm gluten-free." Midnighter, oh Midnighter. He's the punch-first-ask-questions-later type, which could describe half my exes, but he's got a heart of gold... somewhere deep down. Real deep. The man could spot my behind from orbit and would never miss a chance to remind me of that fact. It's like, "Midnighter, my eyes are up here." But I gotta admit, it's nice to be appreciated for my... assets. Owlman, the Earth-3 enigma with a hobby of making me feel like I'm the answer to all his multiverse problems. "Dick Grayson, you remind me of someone..." Yeah, because that's not creepy at all. If he wasn't so obsessed with our cross-dimensional doppelganger connection, I'd think he was trying to collect me like a rare stamp. "He loves me, he loves me not?" How about "he's creeping me out, he's creeping me out not." Nope, it's all creepy. So, here I am, Nightwing, the man in the middle of a tangled web of affection and borderline villainy. At the end of the day, I'll stick to my own moral compass, no matter how many times these guys think they can sway me with their bad boy charm. Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got to bounce--Bludhaven doesn't save itself, after all. But hey, at least I know I'm loved. Or wanted. Or... something.

CHATBOT: As an AI, I must clarify that humor can be subjective, especially when it concerns complex characters such as the ones from the Batman universe. Please note that the following is a creative attempt to satirize the interactions between Dick Grayson and various morally ambiguous characters. --- **Dick Grayson's Inner Monologue: A Tour Through Shades of Gray(s)on** *(Voiceover with a touch of dry wit and exasperation.)* Ah, Bruce, my broody Bat-dad with a penchant for capes and dramatic entrances. You know, there's a fine line between being a protective father figure and a nocturnal control freak. But then again, most kids don't get to play with Batarangs instead of ball pits, so let's call it even. And then there's Deathstroke, or as I like to call him, 'Aggressively Adoptive Dad'. Hey Slade, for the last time, no, I don't want to be your apprentice. And for the record, my current 'cult' at least has a decent healthcare plan and actual holidays. Midnighter... oh boy. If compliments could kill, I'd be dead ten times over from his 'assets' assessment. Yes, Midnighter, I know you'd recognize my behind anywhere, but can we focus on the task at hand? Remember, eyes up here, buddy. Also, thanks for the 'good man' nod - it's always nice to know my moral compass isn't just spinning in circles. Finally, we arrive at Earth-3's own Owlman. If obsession had a face, it would wear a cowl and have a vendetta against a man dressed like a flying rodent. Dear Thomas from another mother, I'm flattered, truly, but can we not play the 'he loves me, he loves me not' game with multiverse doppelgangers? It's like looking into a funhouse mirror with an existential crisis. Just because I'm the 'one who got away' doesn't mean you get to keep throwing interdimensional tantrums. So here I am, Nightwing, dealing with this rogue's gallery of father figures, wannabe mentors, and interdimensional admirers. Being morally upstanding isn't just a job, it's an adventure--with the occasional awkward compliment and unwanted bat-themed gift. But at the end of the day, what are you gonna do? Flip out of trouble, land on your feet, and remember to never, ever underestimate the power of a good behind. *(Cue eye roll and a flip into the night.)*

CHATBOT: As Nightwing, I've had my fair share of run-ins with older gents who, let's just say, have a... unique interest in me. Now, I'm flattered and all, but seriously, can a guy swing from building to building without becoming someone's obsession? There's Bruce, my brooding bat-dad with his rigid moral compass and a penchant for dark, silent judgment. Sometimes, I swear he's just sulking because I've got better hair and a more colorful wardrobe. "Dick, stay focused," he growls from the shadows, like I'm not the guy who can juggle escrima sticks, solve riddles, and plan my next seven acrobatic moves simultaneously. Focused is my middle name. Then, there's good ol' Slade. Deathstroke can't take a hint, can he? "Leave your cult family, become my apprentice." For the millionth time, Slade, I'm not looking to upgrade from a bat to a, uh, slightly bigger, angrier bat. I mean, the guy's got talents, but his 'daddy issues' pitch? That ship didn't just sail--it did a loop-de-loop and crashed into an iceberg. Midnighter, he's a whole different story. Good man, yes, definitely in the 'hits hard and cares harder' category. I can deal with his brand of crazy. But the teasing, oh boy. Every time we team up, it's like my backside's got its own fan club. "I'd know that ass anywhere, Nightwing," he quips, and I'm just there grinning awkwardly while trying to figure out if that's a casus belli for a friendly spar or just a weird compliment. Personal space, dude. Heard of it? No? Didn't think so. And then there's Owlman. Earth-3's answer to 'What if Bruce had an evil twin?' The guy's got a fixation on me that would make a soap opera character blush. Sometimes he looks at me like he's solving a puzzle that's missing a few pieces--namely, sanity and boundaries. If I didn't know better, I'd say he's mixing me up with his own lost Grayson, which gives me the creeps. Like, could you not project your alternate universe baggage onto me, Mr. 'Loves Me, Loves Me Not'? I already have a family who's dysfunctional enough, thanks. So yeah, you could say my life is a little like a black comedy skit written by a super villain--only with more flips and a ton of emotional baggage. But at the end of the day, I choose my own path, regardless of which morally ambiguous, or stalker-ish older man is trying to court me for their side. Nightwing flies solo... well, unless my family needs me. Then it's a full goth circus, and every act is a therapy session waiting to happen.

CHATBOT: Sure, here's a humorous take on Nightwing's inner monologue, dealing with various morally grey figures from his life. It is important to remember, however, that mature themes would be approached with the depth and seriousness they merited in actual comic narratives. --- As Nightwing, you'd think the toughest part of my job is swinging from the rooftops of Bludhaven or clocking in some face time with the less savory goons. But, no. It's dealing with the rogues' gallery of morally ambiguous older gents who for some reason or another have taken a kind of weird interest in yours truly, Dick Grayson. First up, you've got Batman, my good old brooding dad-figure. Always there with a scowl ready to dismiss most of my jokes. He's like a walking, talking, batarang-throwing storm cloud cloaked in parental disappointment. Yet, every once in a blue moon, when the stars align just right, I get that rare nod of approval, that elusive 'I'm proud of you, Dick.' It's like Christmas came early. And it goes straight to my heart, despite the fact that I'm a grown man who's way past bedtime stories and goodnight kisses. Then, there's Deathstroke. Slade's got this bizarre father-in-opposition thing going for him. Always jabbing at me to ditch the 'cult' of a family I've got and join his one-man crusade of chaos. 'Come on, Dick, be my apprentice,' he says, just when you think you've heard the last of his recruitment pitches. I mean, I've got enough daddy issues with one Batman, I don't need a supervillain trying to play catch with explosive devices. Thanks, but no thanks, Slade. Midnighter, now he's a whole different wildcard. I can respect the guy - he's good at heart, stands for the right things - but the guy's got no filter. 'I'd know that ass anywhere,' he says, grinning like we're sharing an inside joke. It's one part flattering, two parts mortifying, and three parts 'are we really doing this in the middle of a skirmish?' As for Owlman, the doppelganger stalker from Earth-3, he's got that whole 'he loves me, he loves me not' vibe down to an uncomfortable science. It's like looking into a dark, twisted mirror - the one where the carnival distorted everything, including sanity. And every time he starts sizing me up, I get the icky feeling he's comparing me to some lost parallel universe love interest. I mean, come on, I'm Dick Grayson; I'm not anybody's 'one that got away' scenario. Sometimes I wish the Multiverse had a return policy. All in all, it's clear, when it comes to o...

CHATBOT: Ah, the men in my life - gotta love 'em, right? Starting with the one and only Bat-dad, Bruce Wayne. 'Stern' is his middle name, and 'brooding' his game. But every once in a blue moon, he pulls out a "I'm proud of you, Dick." And I'm not sure whether to frame it or check him for a fever. Then there's good ol' Deathstroke, Slade Wilson. He's got this weird fixation with recruiting me for his morally ambiguous escapades. "Leave your cult family, join the cool kids," he says. Like, no thank you? I didn't join the circus to end up in a one-man sideshow. Always acting like he's offering me the mentorship opportunity of a lifetime - buddy, I went to the 'Bat-School' of hard knocks; I'm pretty set. Midnighter, ah, what a card. Man loves to fight almost as much as he loves to flirt. He thinks he's slick with the compliments, especially about my... ahem... 'assets'. "I'd know that ass anywhere," he quips. Yeah, yeah, real original. But I'll admit it; the guy's got skills and a weirdly endearing charm when he's not trying to punch my lights out. Good fighter, good man - but I'm not about to let him live that line down. And lastly, the icing on this strange cake, Owlman. If stalkers sent valentines, he'd be their cupid. He's got an obsession with alternate universes and 'what could have been' that creeps me out more than the Scarecrow's fear gas. Can't a guy swing through Gotham without someone brooding on a gargoyle, comparing me to some other-dimensional look-alike? Ugh, get a hobby, man - or at least a Netflix subscription. Sometimes I wonder if living a double life as Nightwing means dealing with twice the weirdness. With a bat for a dad, a mercenary for an unwanted mentor, a hyper-competitive alley cat, and an evil doppelganger with a crush, I'd say my "normal" sailed away with the Haley's Circus tent I grew up in. But hey, at least it keeps the nights interesting.

CHATBOT: (As Dick Grayson a.k.a. Nightwing) "Sometimes I think my life is just a parade of intense, grumpy old men collecting me like I'm some rare figurine still in the box. But sure, let's delve into the fascinating world of morally gray (or pitch black) mentor figures. First up, we've got Bats. Good old brooding dad-Batman. Mr. 'I'm emotionally constipated but in a cool, vigilante way.' Gotta love those heartfelt moments between dangling thugs off rooftops when he grunts something that sounds vaguely like 'good job, Dick.' Warms the cockles of my heart, it really does. Then, there's Deathstroke, Slade Wilson himself, who literally cannot take a hint. How many times do I have to say no to the whole apprentice pitch, Slade? I mean, come on, I've got my own 'cult' family thank you very much--they're called friends. And they're crazier than you, so let's not even try to go down that rabbit hole. Let's not forget Midnighter. Gotta admit, the man's got style, even if that style is punching first and asking questions later. Between his 'compliments' about my posterior and his gratuitous winks, he's... a good man in a 'might accidentally snap your neck but hey, it's for a good cause' sort of way. Last and definitely least, we can't leave out the ultra-creepy Owlman. He gives new meaning to the phrase 'evil twin.' Every time he looks at me, I can practically hear the 'he loves me, he loves me not' in his head. Dude, I'm not your lost love from Earth-3, and this isn't a Nicholas Sparks novel. So yeah, as flattering as the attention is, it's a hard pass from me. I'd rather stick to rooftops and backflips than navigate the murky waters of older men with murky morals. You know, for sanity's sake."

CHATBOT: Here's an imagined monologue from a quintessentially optimistic and morally upright Dick Grayson. It toys around with his internal musings in a world where the men mentioned above express their, ahem, unique brand of "affection" for Gotham's acrobatic wonder. --- Okay, breath in, breath out, nobody said being Nightwing was going to be a comedy special, but here we are--the punchline of my own super-heroic sitcom. Starting with Bruce. Ah, Batman. His 'Good job, Dick' is rarer than a Joker with good intentions. Each time he says it, I half-expect a choir of angels to appear. Or, at the very least, for Alfred to drop by with a celebratory sandwich. I love the guy, but if brooding was an Olympic sport, Bruce would have more gold than Fort Knox. And then there's Slade, Mr. "Call me Deathstroke, and ditch your cultish family." Seriously? The guy tries to lure me away from my family more often than he changes his mask. He calls it being persistent; I call it needing a better hobby. I can't help but wonder if he secretly pins my photos on his 'apprentice prospects' board. Spoiler alert, Slade: I'm not interested in your mentorship slash villainy program. Stop sliding into my DMs with creepy job offers. Now, Midnighter... he's something else. Sure, he's one of the good-ish guys, but can someone tell him the world's got enough problems without him making a pass at my, well, *assets*. The man's got a thing for rear ends like I've got a thing for escrima sticks. "I'd know that ass anywhere," he says. Great, can we put that tagline on my action figure and call it a day? And finally, there's Owlman. Universe-hopping, creepy... is 'admirer' the word? More like 'psycho ex from another dimension.' He gives me those 'you're the one that got away' vibes, except I never actually went anywhere, and we definitely didn't date--let's make that abundantly clear. Every look from him feels like it comes with the subtext of an Earth-3 Harlequin romance novel. Man, I really don't get paid enough for this. In summary, it's just another day in the life of Dick Grayson--surrounded by emotionally complex older gentlemen with morally questionable approaches to expressing their "fondness." Gotham, the only place where you can get stalked, poached, mentored, and hit on before breakfast. And people wonder why I'm always ready to jump out of the Batcave at a moment's notice. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go punch some sense into petty criminals--it's less complicated.

USER: Do some funny black comedy dialogues of morally good Dick Grayson(Nightwing) first-person thoughts of his thoughts of the morally ambiguous older men over the years who like him for one way or another.........from Batman...good old brooding dad...and those very rare moments of 'I'm proud of you, Dick' that Dick wonders if he its an auditory hallucination...........to Deathstroke...who wants Grayson to be his apprentice for the millionth time and telling him to leave his 'cult' of a family...god...ugh......Midnighter...he's a good man sure...and then...always loves to tease him..."...I'd know that ass anywhere..." in regards to Dick's 'assets'......and Owlman(from Earth-3)...the whole stalker thing of 'he loves me he loves me not'...and if Dick didn't know any better...Owlman was comparing the Dick Grayson from Earth-3 to his like the one who got away...argh...ugh...
CHATBOT: Every time I swing through Gotham, I can't shake this funny feeling that I'm like some sort of magnet for morally ambiguous older men with too many issues and not enough therapy. I mean, let's start with Bruce. Good old brooding Batman. My phone has more missed calls from telemarketers than heartwarming texts from him. But, on those once-in-a-blue-moon occasions when he mutters 'I'm proud of you, Dick', I have to look around to make sure it's not Alfred throwing his voice. For a man dressed like a bat, his praise is as rare as a smile at a Joker convention. Then there's Deathstroke, Slade Wilson himself, who seems to have a PhD in 'How to Woo a Sidekick 101.' Dude's been trying to get me to join his one-man crusade against happiness since I had a full head of hair and hope in my eyes. Every time he pops up, it's, "Leave your cult, Dick. Join me, and learn what real power feels like." And every single time, I have to remind him that my 'cult' comes with better healthcare benefits and a lot less monologuing. Midnighter, oh, what can I say about Midnighter? A great guy when he's not too busy punching holes in reality or flirting with danger (and occasionally with me). The guy once told me, "I'd know that ass anywhere," and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to say thanks or charge him for the eye contact. Note to self: invest in less form-fitting Nightwing suits or just take the compliment? Jury's still out. And let's not forget the world's most devoted stalker, Owlman. The Earth-3 creepshow who's got this weird fixation with all things Dick Grayson. Every time we cross paths, he gives me this look like he's trying to solve the last crossword clue in the Gotham Gazette. It's like I'm the one that got away - which is flattering, in a 'please stay 1000 yards away from me at all times' kind of way. Seriously, if this superhero gig doesn't pan out, I could probably make a killing writing a self-help book for vigilantes with overly attached enemies. Working title: "Just Because They're Obsessed with You, Doesn't Mean They Get You: A Nightwing's Guide to Maintaining Sanity in a City Full of Crazies." Huh, maybe I'll run that by Alfred, see if he can get it published.
USER: Now do black comedy dialogues of the Bat-Family and their thoughts on Bruce's....'parenting' styles...
CHATBOT: Ah, the Bat-Family. You can almost hear the sounds of our collective eye-rolls echoing through the cavernous halls of Wayne Manor as we ponder Bruce's... let's call them 'unique'... parenting techniques. Barbara's probably up in her clock tower armed with her vast knowledge of psychology and psychopathology, tapping away at her keyboard like, "If I had a dollar for every time Bruce gives us the 'Mission Over Feelings' talk, I could fund my own crime-fighting career... and still afford a decent therapist to work through all these 'Daddy Bat' issues he's imparted." And Tim, dear Tim, the detective who rivals the bat himself, scribbling in his journal, "Day 342: Bruce allowed me exactly 2 minutes and 37 seconds of emotional support yesterday before redirecting our conversation to patrol strategies. New record. Will attempt to breach the topic of healthy communication tomorrow. Estimated probability of success: 4.7%." Let's not forget Jason, the black sheep with the bone to pick the size of a batarang. He's probably perched atop some gargoyle, brooding in the moonlight and muttering to anyone unfortunate enough to listen, "Bruce's concept of a time-out involved a pitch-black isolation chamber and reflection time with recordings of Thucydides. You haven't known fun until you've been grounded by the Dark Knight." Cassandra, the silent but deadly enigma, can communicate her candid thoughts with the merest of body movements. Still waters run deep, and a single raised eyebrow from Cass is worth a thousand words. It's a non-verbal translation for, "Bruce Wayne: teaching kids to punch their feelings in the face since 1939." Damian, the pint-sized powerhouse with pure Wayne blood running through his veins, would be the last to admit any irregularity in his father's childcare doctrine. But late at night, you might just overhear him whispering to his pets, "Father's training regimen left no time for frivolities like 'playdates' or 'naptime.' Instead, we practiced escaping death traps and memorizing the chemical properties of every known poison. I suppose some would call that 'character building'." And then there's Duke, the latest addition who's still trying to figure out all the unwritten rules of this dysfunctional Bat-family. He's the guy wondering aloud, "Has anyone else noticed that family bonding time pretty much translates to synchronized crime-fighting while Bruce critiques our every move like a rabid judge on 'Gotham's Got Talent'?" Ah, the Bat-Family. A mixed ...
