Scooby ended up on the ghost's back, who is busy drawing up wanted postersshakes him off losing one of Red Herring. With another suspect in the case, the gang goes to follow those tire tracks they'd found earlier. The trail leads them to a shed in a junkyard. Inside, they find Hedda's motorcycle, cleaned up and with a sidecar attached. Suddenly, the Boogey Biker appears again! The gang flees, but due to a series of events, Scooby ends up stuck in the sidecar of the runaway motorcycle, which eventuallyaccidentally activated the ghost's lost boot, uncontrollably crashes into the Biker, gettingghost trapping him. Mr. Sinclair shows up congratulating the kids on catching the ghost. Shaggy and Daphne believes him stuck in the sidecar. Morty wonders that's why business was so bad, but Marty dismisses it saying it's because Carol stole all their wrestlers by promising to pay them real money. The only wrestler they have left is Neville and after turning down their offer to join the federation, Neville throws them out of their office. In no time, the Heifer shows up again and traps them in a corner. Scooby manages to get into a tango and spins the Heifer away like a top. Velma finds a trail of hair and they proceed to followan envelope the Heifer dropped with a letter from Baron Scuzzball with a cow print on it. They ask him about Bigwig,the letter they found and answers that it's an apology to his mom for beating her in her last match and is none other than Granny Gator. At that moment, Granny comes in really mad at her son and drags him away. Daphne suggests asking Carol about Baron. Carol finds a file on Baron, but claims to knowfound nothing and is glad that he's ruining Daphne's business for not buyingbut slime. They decided to go to his games. They returned to the arcade while Shaggy and Scooby go to Crusty's restaurant, where he served them spaghetti though itdressing room and find the Heifer leading to the big chase. Scooby drives the ghost away and Velma finds a lightstick on his collar and Velma comes up with a plan. The kids lured the Heifer to the ring with Scooby in a corner. Scooby drives Bigwig away and finds a toupee the monster dropped and Velmacow chases him out of the ring, but Scooby gets an idea. The gang hosted a fake grand-reopening of the arcade to lure Bigwig inside where Scooby as a barbarian. After scaring him off, the gang gets ready to use Styling moussecaught in the trap. As the Heifer corners the others, Scooby breaks free and rides the Heifer like a cowboy and traps the Heifer in the ropes of the ring. Everyone goes over their suspects on Bigwig, but Scooby got scared by a hologram and gets moussed instead. As Bigwig corners the gang, Scooby, unable to move, used his tail to bounce into Bigwig. With Bigwig out of breath, they wonder who he really is. Shaggy says it's Crissie because she hated losing to Scooby and wanted the arcade closed.the Heifer's identity, Daphne thinks it to be Little Bo Peter, Carol thinks it to be the Swindleson Brothers and Shaggy and Scooby say it's Durwood because he's mad that she wouldn't buy his dumb games. As usual, Freddie dismisses them saying it'sBaron Scuzzball.
