So now that the ghost has the collar, he attempts to do away with Scooby as he had no further use for him by bouncing him away and then captures the gang, believing victory is now his. However, his action against Scooby proves to be a major mistake that leads to his undoing. Scooby comes back down and lands on top of the ghost, who barely has time to look up and realize his error too late before being squished, causing him to accordion spring away to where he is trapped in some tire swings, subduing and capturing him instead. Scooby lands in a birdbath which opens a secret passageway, revealing his parents and Mrs. Knittingham covered in white and unharmed. The ghost is unmasked as Mr. Trixenstuff, who wanted to sell the collar for a lot of money. Since Scooby heard that, he tries to get the collar kicked out of the family by trying to give it to him, but is once again scolded by Mama-Doo, forcing him to apologize for even thinking of getting rid of the collar; Velma then goes on to explain that the white splotches were really flour, which was loading the furniture into the train, Scooby appears, leads the ghost onto the bed whereused to make him look like a ghost and why Scooby couldn't sniff out his parents or Mrs. Knittingham. Getting an idea, he grabbed the remote, and by messing with the signal, Robopup began to malfunction and ultimately fall apart, much to Mr. Gordon's dismay. The gang disguise themselves as nurses, while Scooby disguises as a doctor, tying up the ghost and make good their escape. But the enraged ghost breaks free and pursues them. After they lose the ghost, they find splotches of white paint on Scooby. Velma then solves the mystery and comes up with a plan.plan with help from Shaggy. Shaggy and Scooby pretend to get rid of the collar to lure the ghostgo to the Cool Computer, but they run into a trap,the alien who chases after them. The others try to stop the alien with the ghost taking the bait. However, he stilla giant metal tube, but the alien catches the collarit and sends it after Shaggy and Scooby. They crash into a wall and Shaggy regains his memory. The alien approaches them and after several failed attempts to stop it, grabs Shaggy. While thinking of a plan, Scooby accidentally knocks down crates of orange balls to cause the alien to slip and land in a cradle trapped. The authorities and Carol arrive to see the alien captured. Daphne thinks it's Mr. Creeply, while Fred thinks it's Stu Pendous and then Red Herring, who finally transports back and runs away when Scooby points the device at him. Velma unmasks the alien as Barbara Simone, who was stealing blueprints for Carol's new toys planning to sell them and used the alien disguise to scare everyone away. Unable to understand why she failed, Velma explains that they found the lipstick, then the blueprints, and the notepad that was really secretary short-hand writing on it that says the blueprints are for a toy alien space base. As for the UFO, it was really a movie that was projected. As Barbara was taken away, Carol thanks them by letting Shaggy and Scooby be the first to have a Commander Cool Alien Space Base. Shaggy and Scooby faint in amazement, then sit up saying being a superhero is a little breeze with his net, which wasn't part of the plan. So now that the ghost has the collar, he attempts to do away with Scooby as he had no further use for him by bouncing him away and then captures the gang, believing victory is now his. However, his action against Scooby proves to be a major mistake that leads to his undoing. Scooby comes back down and lands on top of the ghost, who barely has time to look up and realize his error too late before being squished, causing him to accordion spring away to where he is trapped in some tire swings, subduing and capturing him instead. Scooby lands in a birdbath which opens a secret passageway, revealing his parents and Mrs. Knittingham covered in white and unharmed. The ghost is unmasked as Mr. Trixenstuff, who wanted to sell the collar for a lot of money. Since Scooby heard that, he tries to get the collar kicked out of the family by trying to give it to him, but is once again scolded by Mama-Doo, forcing him to apologize for even thinking of getting rid of the collar; Velma then goes on to explain that the white splotches were really flour, which was used to make him look like a ghost and why Scooby couldn't sniff out his parents or Mrs. Knittingham. Mr. Goodman arrives and lectures Mr. Trixenstuff for giving real dogcatchers a bad name, and then sees to taking him to the police to be arrested and placed in jail for kidnapping, animal cruelty with kidnapping Mama and Daddy-Doo, and attempted larceny for the jewels in the Doo family collar. The next day, the gang celebrates the reunion with Scooby's brothers and sister (who actually have the same interests as the gang). Scooby still doesn't like wearing the collar, though Mama-Doo confesses that Daddy-Doo always hated to wear it too, and since it's Scooby's birthday, she says he doesn't have to wear it, which he happily accepts.a little help from a pup named Scooby-Doo.

Fred: "Hey, aren't you Quentin Tarantino?" *Everyone facepalms as the alien model springs to life.* Alien: "I must destroy Commander Cool!" Shaggy, frantically roller-skiing away: "Like, man, talk about overcommitting to the role!" **Scene 4: Shaggy's Amnesia and the Toy Plot Thickens** *After a crash, Shaggy's seeing stars--and thinks he actually is Commander Cool.* Velma, on the phone: "Uncle Elmo, we've got an identity crisis here." *They meet Carol Colossal, who suspects Stu Pendous is behind this due to toy envy.* Fred, squinting at Stu: "Aren't you...?"
