(Along her journey, Natsuki encounters more prehistoric creatures, some threatening and others indifferent to her presence. She skillfully avoids the dangerous ones and even manages to gather resources from the non-aggressive ones, including food, materials, and tools.) Natsuki: "Looks like this world isn't as hostile as I initially thought. There are creatures that can be helpful, as long as I'm careful and respectful towards them." (Weeks turn into months as Natsuki continues her exploration and survival in this unfamiliar world. She becomes adept at hunting, gathering, and even crafting her own weapons and armor.) Natsuki: "I never thought I'd become a survival expert, but necessity pushes us to adapt, I guess." (One day, while scaling a towering cliffside, Natsuki notices a strange-looking box. She opens the box and sees a strange-looking book with only two pages - and those two pages were discussing a carnivore known only as "Cryolophosaurus glacialis".)
