Shadows emerge from the corners of the building, growing in number and becoming aggressive towards the students. The Investigation Team springs into action to deal with the chaos. YU (nervously) We don't have much time. We have to protect the students and figure out how Naoto and Kanji are bringing these shadows into our world. The Investigation Team splits up to handle the shadows, each more troubling than the last. In between battles, they try to understand the method behind Naoto and Kanji's newfound power. RISE (as team fights) Naoto and Kanji must have found another entrance to the TV World...one we don't know about. And it's allowing them to summon shadows directly into our reality. After a particularly harrowing battle, they regroup again, exhausted and battered. TEDDIE (in awe) Somehow, their love has given them this terrible new power. YUKIKO (with determination) Then we'll have to find a way to break their hold on each other - and on the shadows - before more innocent people get hurt. CHIE (nodding) Exactly.
