Ichika Orimura, now a revenge-driven vigilante known as the Punisher, prepared for his infiltration of the secret Phantom Task base. The all-black IS Unit, adorned with a white skull symbol, was equipped with a customized M4A1 Carbine and impressively altered M1911A1 pistols at his side. With thoughts of his past and his transformation from a simple schoolboy to a hardened killer, Ichika braced himself for the upcoming battle. Cloaked in shadows, Ichika descended into the perimeter of the forest surrounding the base. With his lightning-fast reflexes and well-honed instincts, he dispatched several guards with his deadly firearms and used his martial arts skills to take down others who were not within range. Despite the chaos unfolding, not a single sound reached the ears of the remaining enemies in the compound. Entering the fortified base, Ichika used his IS's abilities to hack into their security system and disable any alarms or cameras that would give away his position. He moved through the maze-like corridors with ease, leaving numerous unconscious or dead Phantom Task operatives in his wake. At the same time, Issei Hyoudou, unaware of Ichika's mission, reluctantly attended a meeting at the Occult Research Club. At the same time, he struggled to hide his true identity as the heir of the Mikadono Group and avoid attracting attention from his adoring female classmates. The passionate love triangles continued to evolve surrounding him, causing jealousy amongst his male peers and whispers to spread like wildfire.
