"Naruto...I'm so sorry," Jiraya sobbed. "I never should have left you." Naruto's heart sank as he realized that his old sensei had been watching him from the afterlife all this time. Tears streamed down Naruto's face as he hugged Jiraya, feeling his old sensei's hands on his back. They cried together, overwhelmed by the emotions that were flowing between them. As they embraced, Naruto looked up and saw Sonic and Lilac approaching. They had also heard Jiraya's sobs. "Are you guys OK?" Sonic asked, looking worried. Finally, Tails from Sonic took under his wing the Freedom Planet hero Torque. He taught Torque how to use his technical skills and ingenuity to create new weapons and gadgets, while Torque showed Tails how to be brave and stand up for what he believed in.
