After restoring order to Japan and putting down an insurrection lead by the MHA,MLA, the newly restored Japanese imperial government regains the Korean peninsula, Taiwan, Sahlakin Island and the Kurils as prefectures of the Japanese state via a series of diplomatic maneuverings and concessions to the major powers, and launches a series of interventions in the once again war-torn China region and Indochina that see the fall of the resurgent Chinese warlord states, East Turkestan becoming a restored Ottoman Empire under Japanese protection, Tibet becoming a theocratic llamadom, Japan's old protectorates of the Empire of Manchukou in Manchuria and the Mengjiang United Autonomous Government in a small part of Inner Mongolia returning to the world stage as satellite states of Japan and the Reorganized Government of China being restored as the ruling administration of China in the form of a restored Ming dynasty. The Empire of Vietnam ruled by the Ngyuen dynasty is also restored as the government of Vietnam and the communist regime in Laos is removed and replaced with a restored monarchy, even though Laos and VietnamCambodia remain Vietnamese satellite states. The Japanese also restore the Third Burmese Empire ruled by the Konbaung Dynasty as the government of Myanmar and reorganize the Philippines into an empire ruled by the Sultans of Mindanao as its imperial family. Pakistan becomes the restored Mughal Empire ruled by the House of Babur and also gets Jannu and Kashmir from India, and Japan helps devout Muslims in India defeat the fascist and Hindu supremacist RSS and reform India into the Hindustani Emirate, an Islamic monarchy governed by Sharia Law. Australia and New Zealand also become Japanese satellite monarchies. Japan also supports a revolution in Iran that topples the theocratic Islamic Republic ruled by the oppressive mullahs, and replaces it with the Imperial State of Iran ruled by the Pahlavi dynasty. By the time Izuku Midoriya is born, the restored Greater East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere is the dominant force in East Asia and Eurasia, with Japan as the dominant force. There is no Hero Commission or Pro Hero system due to the annihilation of the Meta Liberation Army and its Quirk supremacist ideology after the imperial restoration, instead, there are the Butei or 'armed detectives' that act as a semi-private mercenary force that can be called upon to serve the Empire.

They swiftly crushed an insurrection led by the fanatical Meta Liberation Army, establishing strict control over the use of Quirks and entrusting law enforcement to the newly-created Butei, a force of armed detectives with permitted use of their Quirks for public safety. 7.2: Reclamation of Lost Territories and Expansion of the New Empire The Japanese Empire's rapid resurgence stunned the world, as they leveraged their superior technology, dedication to unity, and newly-regained international influence to not only enforce a strict order within their own borders but also to launch a series of foreign interventions. Diplomatic maneuvering and clever concessions saw Japan regain control over the Korean peninsula, Taiwan, Sakhalin Island, and the Kuril Islands, incorporating them as prefectures of the Empire.
