P.I., Goof, Ecstasy, and Don had all entered the club for their own reasons, but fate had them locked in a heated battle against each other. P.I., the heroic detective, squared off against the arrogant and menacing Don. Their eyes locked, both sensing the impending clash of fists and the need for supremacy. Meanwhile, Goof, the shy librarian, found himself in the sensuous grip of Ecstasy, the exotic dancer. As their paths had crossed, sparks had ignited between them - but not the romantic sort. With a swift jab to the face, Don took first blood from P.I., staggering the suave detective. P.I. spat, wiped the blood from his lip, and grinned. "Is that all you've got?" he taunted, cocking his head to one side. Ignoring P.I.'s wit, Don rushed in with an overhand punch. P.I. ducked seamlessly and countered by hooking Don's leg, sending the mafioso tumbling to the ground with a thud.
