As they spoke, the sound of thunder rumbled outside. Suddenly, the ground shook and the walls of their Minecraft home shook with the force of the impact. "What was that?" Ayumi gasped, clutching Arashi to her chest. Vanessa felt a sense of dread wash over her. "I think...I think that was the Amatsumagatsuchi. It's here, in the Minecraft world." They ran outside to investigate, and as they looked up they saw a giant, winged serpent descending from the sky. It roared, sending shockwaves across the landscape, and Vanessa knew that they were completely outmatched. "We have to get out of here," she said urgently. "Grab whatever you can and let's go find a safer place to hide." As they fled, Vanessa couldn't help but think that the arrival of the Amatsumagatsuchi was just the beginning of their troubles. With her spiderlings still inside her, she knew that she and her friends had a long and dangerous road ahead of them.
