They saw a group of children playing and soon realized it was Team 7 - Naruto's team from his own time! Sonic excitedly ran up to the kids and introduced himself, but they seemed confused. They had never seen someone like him before. Sash stepped in and explained to them that they were time travelers from the future. Naruto was thrilled to see his old friends, but he was also worried. He knew that they couldn't change the course of history, or it could have disastrous consequences. They decided to observe from afar and not interact too much, but Sonic couldn't resist showing off his speed to Sasuke and Sakura. Suddenly, they heard a scream. They ran over to find a young girl being attacked by a group of bandits. Sonic, Sash, and Naruto knew they had to do something to help. They fought off the bandits and saved the girl. As they walked away from the village, Naruto couldn't help but feel worried. They had already altered history, and he didn't know what kind of consequences it would bring.
