Fear and worry wash over me as I quickly take out my phone and dial for an ambulance. "Stay with me, Natsuki. Help is on the way," I say, trying my best to comfort her. Natsuki nods weakly, her face contorted in pain. "I...I didn't expect this, not so soon. The stress... it must have triggered it," she mutters, her voice filled with both agony and concern. As we wait for the ambulance to arrive, I try to keep Natsuki as calm as possible, reassuring her that everything will be alright. They place her on a stretcher and carefully transport her to the hospital, with me following closely behind. At the hospital, Natsuki is taken into the labor and delivery ward. I'm informed that the doctors will do their best to delay the delivery and ensure the safety of the babies, given the early stage of Natsuki's pregnancy. I anxiously wait outside the delivery room, praying for Natsuki's well-being and the health of her triplets. Minutes seem like hours as I try to distract myself with thoughts of happiness and positivity, hoping that it will somehow reach Natsuki. Finally, after what feels like an eternity, a nurse approaches me with a small smile. "Congratulations! Natsuki has given birth to three healthy baby girls. They're premature, but with proper care, they should be just fine." Relief floods through me, and I can't help but shed tears of joy. I thank the nurse and ask if I can see Natsuki and the babies. Entering the room, I see Natsuki exhausted but smiling. She looks up at me and softly says, "We did it. We brought them into the world together." I approach her, gently kissing her forehead and holding her hand, overwhelmed with a sense of love and gratitude.
