(Silently, we continued to help Yuri through her contractions, each of us supporting her in our own way. And even though MC was no longer with us, his memory lived on through each of us, and through the new life that was about to enter the world.) Monika: "I"Well...it's certainly helping. Yuri: "Oh my goodness!" Kotonoha: "We need to get you to a hospital!" Sayori: "I'll call an ambulance!" (Natsuki nodded frantically, still breathing heavily. We quickly called for an ambulance and rushed Natsuki to the hospital. It was a frantic and stressful experience, but thankfully Natsuki and the baby were both okay.) Monika: "I can't believe that happened." Himari: "Yeah, talk about a surprise pool party." Yuri: "I'm just glad Natsuki and the baby are okay." Why didn't you come earlier?" Natsuki: "Sorry, I had a doctor's appointment this morning. They said the baby's getting bigger and might be coming sooner than expected." Himari: "Bigger?! That's so exciting! When's the big day?" Natsuki: "In a few weeks. I can't wait." Kotonoha: "We'll have to make sure you're pampered until then." Yuri: "And you can have all the punch you want." Sayori: "I'm so happy for you, Natsuki." (Despite my lingering sadness, seeing my friends happy and excited for Natsuki's impending arrival made my heart feel a little lighter.) As they all rushed out of the clubroom, I couldn't help but feel grateful for my friends. Even in the midst of a party, they were willing to drop everything to help someone in need. And as I walked out of the clubroom behind them, I knew that MC would have been proud of us all.)

In the midst of our grief and confusion over MC's death, a new life was coming into the world. And I knew that no matter what happened, we would all be there for Natsuki and her baby.)
