Izzy: (covering her ears and whimpering) Izzy's Mom: (holding Izzy protectively) "I think we should get out of here. Too much stimulation for all of us." Jane: (nodding in agreement) "You're right. Sam, we're leaving now." Sam: (pushing Jane and lashing out at other shoppers) Izzy: (pointing at Sam and signing "scared") Izzy's Mom: (quickly ushering her family away) "I don't feel safe here anymore. Let's go, quickly." (Scene ends with Jane trying to calm Sam down as they leave the grocery store, while Izzy's mom and Izzy try to leave the area as soon as possible)

CHATBOT: Jane and Sam are walking through the grocery store, holding hands and picking out items from their shopping list. Jane: "Okay, we need to grab some apples." Sam: (nods) "Okay." They make their way over to the apples and begin to carefully inspect each one. Izzy and her mother walk past them and Izzy excitedly waves at Jane and Sam. Jane: "Hey Izzy, how're you doing?" Izzy signs "Good" and her mother smiles and greets Jane and Sam. As they continue shopping, Sam starts to become more agitated. She begins to rock back and forth on her feet and clench her fists. Jane notices this and tries to soothe her. Jane: "Hey, it's okay. We can take a break if you need one." Sam: "No! I need to get the cereal!" She starts to walk away from Jane but then stops suddenly and lets out a loud scream. She picks up a nearby box of cereal and throws it across the aisle. Some shoppers turn to look, startled and concerned. Jane rushes to Sam's side and tries to calm her down. Jane: "Sam, please, it's not worth it. Let's take a break and calm down." Sam continues to scream and lash out at nearby objects. Izzy and her mother come back into view and see Sam's episode. Izzy's mother rushes over to help and Jane is grateful for the support. Together, they work to calm Sam down and ease her out of the store to a quieter environment. Once outside, Jane hugs Sam tightly. Jane: "It's okay, I'm here." Sam weeps into Jane's shoulder, still upset and trembling. Jane knows that this might happen again and that it's a difficult situation every time. But she's willing to stick by Sam and support her through it all.

CHATBOT: Jane and Sam were walking through the grocery store, carefully selecting the items on their list. Jane could feel Sam's anxiety starting to build as they walked. "Hey, Sam, are you okay?" Jane asked, placing a gentle hand on Sam's back. Sam nodded, but her body language told a different story. She was tense, her hands shaking, and her eyes darting back and forth. "Jane, I don't know if I can do this," Sam said, her voice trembling. "Of course you can," Jane reassured her, "I'm here with you every step of the way." Just then, Izzy and her mother came into view. They smiled and waved at Jane and Sam, and all four of them started to chat. But suddenly, Sam's demeanor changed. She let out a loud scream and started pushing over the displays of canned food. "Sam, stop!" Jane shouted, grabbing hold of her arm. But it was too late. Sam was in full meltdown mode, lashing out at anyone who came too close. Izzy's mother quickly realized what was happening and took her daughter's hand. She signed to Izzy, who quickly understood what was going on. Izzy came over to Sam and started signing to her. She managed to calm Sam down and stop her from hurting anyone else. Jane was amazed at how well Izzy had handled the situation. It was a reminder that even though Izzy had her own challenges, she was capable of doing amazing things. As the three of them left the store, Jane hugged Sam tightly and told her how proud she was of her. "I'm here for you, no matter what," Jane said. "Together, we can make it through anything."
