Sayori: "Maybe she left her phone at home or it's on silent mode. We should really check up on her, just to be safe." Monika: "I agree. Let's split up and search for her. Maybe she's just stuck somewhere and needs our help." (The club members split up and start looking for Yuri in different areas of the school. As she listens to their response, the worry in her eyes increases after hearing what happened to Yuri.) Natsuki: "They...they said that Yuri was admitted to the hospital earlier. She...she had an accident..." Sayori: "Oh no... Is she okay? What happened to her?" Natsuki: "I don't know all the details... but they said they're treating her injuries. We need to go there right away." Monika: "Let's go. We need to make sure she's alright and let her know that we're here for her." (The three of them rush to the hospital, their hearts heavy with concern for their friend. When they arrive, they quickly ask the receptionist about Yuri's condition and are directed to her room.)
