Natsuki: "U-U-U-Uh...this place is giving me the creeps." (Just then, a strange girl leaps down from the ceiling. Her hair was purple, here eyes were red, and all her clothing was dark teal in color. Her hair-style looks just like Natsuki's hair-style, aside from the lack of crying - even though it was late at night. She looks around, but it wasn't any of her 3-year-old triplets. Sakura, Hiroshi, and Aiko were all asleep.) Natsuki: "Jeez, where's that crying coming from?!" (Natsuki opens her front door and sees a basinet on her front porch.) Natsuki: (confused) "Whatfour red eye-like spheres in the world?" (She walks over to the bassinet, and as she approaches, the crying grows louder. Natsuki cautiously peeks inside and is surprised to find a baby wrapped in a soft blanket, crying uncontrollably. CHATBOT: [player]: "Natsuki, I think there's something wrong with Charloette. She's acting strange, almost obsessed with me. I'm not sure what to do." Natsuki: "Obsessed? That doesn't sound like Charloette at all. We need to figure out what's going on. I'll be there as soon as I can." [player]: "Thank you, Natsuki. I appreciate your help." I hung up the phone and waited anxiously for Natsuki to arrive. Meanwhile, I kept an eye on Charloette from the safety of my base. It was difficult to see her like this, acting so unlike her usual self. I wondered if it had anything to do with her encounter with the Red Dragon. Soon enough, Natsuki arrived, stormcutter wings folded neatly behind her as she approached my base. She wore a concerned expression on her face. Natsuki: "Okay, let me see Charloette. Maybe I can sense something that'll give us a clue about what's going on." We cautiously stepped out of the base, keeping a safe distance from Charloette, who seemed to be muttering to herself. Charloette: "I know you're there, [player]. Don't hide from me. We're meant to be together, forever and always..." [player]: (whispering to Natsuki) "This is definitely not like her. What could have caused this sudden change?" Natsuki: "It's hard to tell, but something must have triggered this behavior. I've never seen a Ghast act this way before. Let me try to communicate with her." Natsuki approached Charloette, her stormcutter aura gently enveloping her. She reached out a hand, trying to establish a connection. Natsuki: "Charloette, it's Natsuki. Can you hear me? We're here to help." Charloette's eyes briefly flickered, as if recognizing Natsuki's voice, but the obsession in her tone remained unchanged. Charloette: "Natsuki... I don't need your help. I just need [player]. We're destined to be together. Nothing can stand in our way." Natsuki looked at me, a hint of worry in her eyes. We needed to find a way to help Charloette, but it seemed like her mind was clouded by something much stronger than reason. [player]: "Natsuki, we can't leave her like this. We have to find a way to snap her out of it, to bring her back. I can't bear to see her like this." Natsuki nodded in agreement, determination beginning to replace the concern on her face. Natsuki: "You're right, [player]. We won't give up on her. Together, we'll find a way to restore Charloette to her true self. We owe her our gratitude for saving you from the Red Dragon, and we won't let her be consumed by this obsession." And so, ...
