USER: I want you to create deep and elaborate lore and worldbuilding for a fictional alternate history setting. In it, there was no Russian Revolution, and Russian Empire continued to exist throughout XX century. This led to some strong historical divergences, but also some uncanny similarities to Soviet history. Some of the more interesting events of this timeline include: institution of New Economic Policy in the 1920s (essentially a fascist-state capitalist self-coup), series of minor yet violent conflicts against communist European powers in the 1930s. A short civil war in 1940s sees Russia momentarily fracturing into many statelets and partially occupied by foreign powers, but this shattering is mostly reversed in the 1950s, which see the establishment of totalitarian regime, combining technocracy with neo-paganism, in the European North of Russia, a claimant Empress reigning from Stavropol over Caucasus and a plethora of surrounding "filibuster" statelets, and the rest of the remaining factions being unified by her cousin, a rival Emperor. This rather young Emperor is a strange and bizarre figure, having been a workers' union leader previously, despite his alleged noble pedigree, he is charismatic and populist, injecting Russian monarchy with a heavy dosage of socialism, internationalism and his own unusual ideology, proclaiming himself a "Supreme Chieftain of Indo-European Tribes" in addition to being an Emperor and a Chairman of the Socialist Party.
