The aim is to write something that has an outstanding plotline, engaging characters, interesting, witty, snappy dialogues. Write a long, original, artistic, imaginative, humorous, titillating, risque and amusing film scene featuring beautiful young woman Caroline Hertig. Caroline is still recovering after sustaining severe injuries when her car plunged from the cliff. Her bedroom in her family mansion now is adapted for her current condition, as she lies on an orthopedic bed, hooked up to ventilator through her tracheostomy. Her mother Sabrine and sister Mireille come in to change Caroline's adult diaper and suction her tracheostomy. Sabrine tells Mireille how earlier Caroline got very anxious and angry, and tried to yank out her breathing tube. Caroline's memory seems to be hazy, but she thinks it must be true since her mother says so. Sabrine then gets the restraints and puts Caroline's arms and legs into them. Caroline feels suspicious about this, but allows herself to be restrained, as Sabrine and Mireille tell her that it is for her own good.
