Darren blinks a few times before looking around the room, confused. He doesn't remember falling asleep or anything else from the last few minutes. "Yeah, I guess so," he mumbles. "I must have been more tired than I thought." Catherine nods understandingly, not giving away any hint of what had really happened. Darren shakes his head and stands up, feeling a little off-kilter but not quite able to put his finger on why. As he starts to leave the living room, Catherine catches his eye and flashes him a sly grin. "We'll have to do that again sometime," she whispers, making Darren's heart race with anticipation and a hint of fear.
