As David begins to slowly nod, his eyes glaze over, and he seems to be completely transfixed on Sandra. Victoria, clearly intrigued: "Wow, he really seems to be under. What can you make him do?" Sandra: "Watch this. David, can you please bring Victoria her favorite drink without her telling you what it is?" David, still in a trance, goes behind the counter and mixes up Victoria's favorite iced coffee. Victoria is both impressed and slightly disturbed by how well Sandra has hypnotized David. Victoria: "That's incredible, but also a little scary." Sandra: "Don't worry, it's all in good fun. I promise I've never used hypnotism for anything malicious." At Sandra's command, David returns to his normal state, completely unaware of what just transpired. David: "Did it work? Did I do the trick?" Victoria: "Yeah, David. You went under hypnosis and made me my favorite drink without me telling you what it was." David: "Really? That sounds unbelievable. I don't remember any of it." "And now, David, when you wake up, you will have no memory of this ever happening. You will resume your normal duties and continue to work at the cafe." Sandra snaps her fingers, and David blinks, coming back to reality. He looks around, confused. "Did I fall asleep?" he asks. Jenny chuckles, shaking her head. She can't wait to tell him what just happened.
CHATBOT: Sandra smiles at both of them and says, "No, David, you didn't fall asleep. You were just taking a little break. But it's time to get back to work now." David nods and goes back to his duties, not realizing he had just been hypnotized. Jenny rounds on Sandra, her expression a mixture of surprise and admiration. "That was amazing," she says. Suddenly, he felt his eyelids getting heavy, and a wave of drowsiness overtook him. His head slumped forward, and he started snoring. Sandra turned to Jenny, "Watch this. David is now our hypnotized slave." She snapped her fingers, and David suddenly came to life. He stood up and scurried to the kitchen, coming back with a tray of drinks. Sandra snapped her fingers again, and David sat back down, his eyes glazed. Sandra then turned to Jenny, "Do you want to try it?" Jenny shook her head, "No thanks. It seems a little scary." Sandra smiled, "Don't worry, it's just a little harmless fun." David suddenly sat up straight, his expression blank as Sandra started giving him orders. "David, take off your shoes and give them to Jenny. Then give her a foot massage." Jenny's eyes widened as David obediently took off his shoes and started massaging her feet. "This is crazy," Jenny whispered. Sandra chuckled, "I know. But he won't remember any of this." Finally, after a few minutes, Sandra snapped her fingers, and David woke up with a start. He looked around, confused. "What happened?" he asked. Sandra and Jenny both burst out laughing. "Nothing, David. Just a little joke," Sandra said. David shrugged, "Okay...if you say so." Jenny watched as David put his shoes back on, still feeling a little uneasy. She had never seen someone being hypnotized before, and it was a strange experience. As they said their goodbyes, Sandra whispered to Jenny, "If you ever want to have some fun with David, just come by the cafe when it's quiet." Jenny nodded, still feeling a little shaken by what she had just witnessed. As she walked out of the door, she couldn't help but wonder what other secrets the cafe hid behind its doors.
