Soon, he was in a deep trance, swaying to the rhythm of her words. Hanna giggled, enjoying the power she had over Danny's mind. She gave him some silly post-hypnotic suggestions, and he obediently followed them. He danced like a chicken, sang silly songs, and even pretended to be a tree. Mark and Joanne watched in amazement as Danny followed Hanna's every command. They were amazed by the power of hypnosis and agreed to let Hanna hypnotize them too. The rest of the evening was filled with laughter and lighthearted fun. Hanna used her hypnotic powers to make everyone feel relaxed and happy. And Danny was happy to be her willing subject. As they left the pub, Danny felt a deep sense of gratitude towards Hanna. He knew that he could always count on her to help him relax and forget his troubles. Danny was happily chatting with his friend Mark while Hanna was lounging on a couch, having taken her sandals off. She wiggled her bare toes and let out a contented sigh. Joanne came over and joined Hanna on the couch, taking in the sight of Hanna's bare feet. "I wish I could wear sandals," she said, gesturing at her swollen ankle, which was in a brace. "I'm stuck wearing sneakers for the next few weeks." Hanna smiled sympathetically. "That's tough. Do you want me to hypnotize you? It might help with the pain." Joanne hesitated for a moment before nodding her head. "Sure, why not." Hanna took Joanne's hand and led her to a quieter corner of the pub. Danny watched with interest as Hanna waved her hand in front of Joanne's face and began the hypnotic induction. As he watched, Danny felt a strange sensation washing over him. He felt his body growing heavier, his mind clouding over. He knew what was happening, of course. Hanna had conditioned him to respond to any hypnotic induction she gave him, no matter how feeble or cartoonish it might seem. He tried to fight it, to keep his mind clear, but it was like wading through molasses. He felt a deep sense of relaxation washing over him as he sank deeper and deeper into trance. When he finally snapped out of it, he found himself sitting alone on the couch. Mark had gone home, and Joanne and Hanna had disappeared somewhere. He couldn't remember anything that had happened after Hanna had begun the induction. He shrugged to himself and ordered another beer. It was always a bit disorienting when Hanna hypnotized him, but he was used to it by now. And he was more than willing to become docile and obedient whenever Hanna wanted. As for Joanne, he had a feeling she was going to be feeling a lot more comfortable for the next few weeks. Hanna was nothing if not effective at what she did.
