Vanessa, focus on pushing. (Vanessa begins pushing and after a few minutes, the spiderlings are born) Mindy: (taking the spiderlings and cleaning them) They're so beautiful. Scarlet: (proudly looking at the new additions to their family) Well done, Vanessa. You have brought more strong spiders into our clan. Vanessa: (smiling) Thank you all so much for your help. (Player looks at Vanessa with awe) Scarlet: (noticing the Player's look) Vanessa may be young, but she is brave and capable. She will grow into a powerful spider just like her sisters before her. I'm about to have twenty spiderlings any minute now. [Player looks at Vanessa with surprise] Scarlet: Don't worry about her. She'll manage just fine. We're used to giving birth in the most difficult of circumstances. Mindy: Yes, Scarlet and I have both given birth before. Although, my experience was a little different because I can no longer produce silk after an Erepede attack when I was younger. [Player looks at Mindy with sympathy] Scarlet: We are here to help you, human. The reason we called you here is because there is something happening in these mines that is not quite right. Vanessa: [gasps] I think it's starting! [starts writhing in pain] Scarlet: Vanessa, focus! We'll take care of you. As I was saying, something is happening in these mines and it's causing the creatures to act strange. Mindy: We've heard reports of Erepedes coming out of their territory and attacking other creatures. That's not normal behavior. Scarlet: We need your help, human. Will you help us figure out what's going on and put a stop to it? [Player nods in agreement] Vanessa: [panting] Alright, I think that's enough talking. Can we please focus on me giving birth now? Scarlet: Of course, sister. We'll be here for you every step of the way. [turns to player] You go ahead and explore the mines. We'll catch up with you as soon as Vanessa has given birth. [Player exits the scene as the Spider Sisters tend to Vanessa]

CHATBOT: (Day 2) (Scene: Abandoned Mineshaft) (Player enters the abandoned mineshaft and sees the Spider Sisters waiting for them) Scarlet: Welcome back, human. How did your exploration go? Player: It went well, but I couldn't find any clues about why the creatures are acting strange. Mindy: That's too bad. We were hoping you could find something to help us. Vanessa: [weakly] I'm sorry, I couldn't help. [breathes heavily] Scarlet: Vanessa, don't apologize. You've just given birth to two beautiful spiderlings. You did great. Vanessa: [smiles weakly] Thank you. Player: Is there anything I can do to help now? Scarlet: Actually, yes. As you saw yesterday, Vanessa was giving birth to 20 spiderlings, but only two were able to scurry out of her womb. The others are stuck. We need the silk of the Araneomorphus glacialis to save them. Mindy: We're running out of time. The trapped spiderlings won't survive much longer. Player: Where can I find the Frostweaver? Scarlet: The Frostweaver resides in a nearby cave. However, it's not an easy creature to catch. Vanessa: Its silk can't be destroyed by heat or cold. It's one of the few things that can help my remaining spiderlings get out. Player: I'll do my best to catch one. Scarlet: We'll give you a silk net to help. And be careful, it's a formidable creature. [Player takes the silk net and heads to the Frostweaver's cave. After a dangerous and intense battle, the player manages to catch the Frostweaver and collect some of its precious silk.] (Player returns to the Spider Sisters with the silk) Scarlet: [smiling] Well done, human. You are as skilled as they say. Mindy: We can save the spiderlings now. Vanessa: [whispering weakly] Thank you. (Player and the Spider Sisters gather around Vanessa to help extract the trapped spiderlings using the Frostweaver silk. After a few moments, they successfully save all 18 spiderlings.) Vanessa: [breathes heavily] You did it. Thank you so much. Scarlet: You're all right now, sister. Rest and recover. Player: I'm glad we could help. Mindy: Yes, we couldn't have done it without you.
