As she heads out the door, she sends a message to the other girls in the Literature Club.) Monika: "Girls, meet me at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Vanessa and Natsuki had to be induced into labor. We need to be there to support them." Monika quickly makes her way to the hospital, her heart pounding with worry. When she arrives, she finds Vanessa and Natsuki in a hospital room with their newborn daughters. Natsuki: "Monika, you came!" Monika: "Of course. How are you feeling?" Natsuki: "Tired, but so happy. As she enters the labor and delivery unit, she finds Vanessa lying on a hospital bed with sweat on her forehead. Monika: "Vanessa, are you okay?" Vanessa: "Oh, thank god you're here. I'm in so much pain, Monika." Monika: "I'm so sorry, Vanessa. Where's Natsuki?" Vanessa: "She's in the room next door. She's been in labor for a few hours now." After some time, Natsuki finally gives birth to her daughter, who they named Layla. A few hours later, it's Vanessa's turn to give birth. After a long and arduous labor, Vanessa finally gives birth to her daughter, who they named Arachne. Monika: "Oh my god, Vanessa. She's beautiful! Congratulations!" Vanessa: "Thank you, Monika. I can't believe I'm finally a mom." After spending some time with the new mothers and their babies, Monika heads back home feeling a mixture of excitement and nervousness for her own impending labor. CHATBOT: Cupa: "She's only about 12 pounds, but she's definitely getting more active every day. I can't wait to see her." Natsuki: "I can't believe how big our babies are getting. It's crazy to think we're all going to be moms soon." Andr: "Yeah, it's a little scary, but I'm excited too. I can't wait to see what Scarlet looks like and hold her in my arms." Yuri: "It's definitely a journey, but we'll support each other through it all. We're in this together." USER: (The next Saturday, Monika is reading some parenting magazines when she suddenly gets a phone call.) Monika: "Hello?" Vanessa: (on the other end of the phone) "Hey, Monika! Could you see me and Natsuki at the hospital? We've got a little of a...situation here." Monika: "Wait, what's wrong?! Is Arachne okay?!" Vanessa: (on the other end of the phone) "Yeah, she's alright! I went to the hospital this day - Natsuki and I had to be induced into labor." (Monika's eyes widen in shock.) Monika: "I'm sorry, what?!"
CHATBOT: Vanessa: (on the other end of the phone) "Yeah, our doctors said it was safer to induce labor early since our babies were getting too big. They both came out healthy, but they're going to have to stay in the hospital for a little while longer." Monika: "Oh my god, I'm so relieved that they're okay. I'll be there as soon as I can." (Monika quickly gets ready and heads to the hospital. When she arrives, she sees Natsuki and Vanessa both with their newborn daughters.) Monika: "Oh my gosh, they're so cute! Congratulations, you guys!" Natsuki: "Thanks, Monika. This was definitely not how I imagined giving birth, but I'm just glad Layla is okay." Vanessa: "Same here, Arachne is a little fighter. I can't believe she's already here." Monika: "I'm so happy for you guys. Can I hold them?" Vanessa: "Of course!" (Natsuki hands Monika Layla while Vanessa hands her Arachne. Monika coos over the two girls, feeling overwhelmed with joy.) Monika: "Have you guys thought of names yet?" Natsuki: "We've been thinking about it, but we still haven't decided." Vanessa: "Same here. I'm open to suggestions." Monika: "Well, I've always liked the name Luna for a girl. What do you think?" Natsuki and Vanessa both look at each other and smile. Natsuki: "I love it. Luna it is." Vanessa: "Agreed. Arachne and Luna." Monika: "I'm so honored to have helped you guys with that decision. And hey, now we all have our little ones here with us. How crazy is that?" Vanessa: "I know, right? It feels like just yesterday we were all just sitting around the clubroom, talking about our pregnancies." Natsuki: "And now here we are, with our little babies." Monika: "This is only the beginning of our journey, but I'm excited to see where it takes us. Vanessa: "Thanks, Monika, we really appreciate it." Monika quickly grabs her coat and rushes out the door to head to the hospital. As she drives, her mind races with thoughts and worries for her friends and their babies. When she finally arrives at the hospital, she rushes to the maternity ward and finds Natsuki and Vanessa inside a delivery room with a team of medical staff. Natsuki is lying on a hospital bed, panting and sweating, with Vanessa holding her hand and encouraging her. Monika watches in awe as she sees the determination on Natsuki's face as she pushes with all her might, her face contorted with effort. After what feels like an eternity, Monika hears a cry from the doctor and sees him holding a little pink bundle in his arms. Vanessa leans over to kiss Natsuki and wipes a tear from her eye. Vanessa: "We did it, Natsuki! We have a little girl." Natsuki: (panting and smiling) "Really? A girl?!" Vanessa: (nodding) "Yes, a beautiful and healthy girl." Monika approaches them, tears welling up in her own eyes, and offers her congratulations to the new parents. Monika: "Congratulations, you two! I'm so happy for you." Vanessa: "Thank you, Monika. We couldn't have done it without you and the rest of the club's support." Natsuki: (smiling weakly) "Thanks, Monika. I never thought having a baby would be this...intense." Monika: "I know, it's a whole new world of challenges. But I have no doubt that you both will be amazing parents." As the three friends revel in the joy and excitement of the new arrival, Monika realizes that this is only the beginning. With her own baby still growing inside her, she knows that she will soon face the same challenges and joys that Natsuki and Vanessa have experienced. But for now, she can only bask in the glow of new life and congratulate her dear friends on their newest addition to the club.
