We came up with several ideas that we were all excited about, including a poetry slam and visiting a local library to volunteer. We made our way to the kitchen where Sayori prepared some tea for us. We caught up on what had been happening in our lives since we last saw each other. Cupa: "So, how's your daughter doing?" Sayori: "She's doing really well. She's started taking dance classes and she absolutely loves it." Cupa: "That's amazing! My son has been doing well in school and he's starting to get interested in writing." Sayori: "That's great to hear! Maybe he can join our literature club someday." Cupa: "Definitely! Speaking of the club, have we decided on the book for our next meeting?" Sayori: "Not yet, but I was thinking about suggesting 'To Kill a Mockingbird' by Harper Lee. What do you think?" Cupa: "I've actually never read it before. But I've heard it's a classic and would be interesting to discuss." Sayori: "Perfect! We'll make that our next book." After spending the afternoon with Sayori, I felt refreshed and ready to tackle whatever came my way. It's amazing how spending time with a good friend can make all the difference.

And I think I might be suffering from depression." Cupa: "Oh Sayori. I'm so sorry to hear that. But know that you're not alone." Sayori: "I know. But it's hard to talk about it with the others. They won't understand." Cupa: "Maybe we can try talking to them together. They're our friends, they'll support you." Sayori: "You're right. Thank you, Cupa." Over the next few weeks, we worked together to help Sayori through her struggles with depression. It wasn't easy, but with the support of each other and the club, we were able to help her see that there was hope. As her friend, it was my duty to help her through it and be there for her no matter what. And I'm grateful that I was able to be there for her.
