USER: Make a black comedy story here...Dick Grayson getting ready to marry Harley Quinn here in Gotham's cathedral...decorations...food...church and wedding music played by Zatanna figuring as she figures...its the perfect time to practice smiling...always a good time to practice smiling...like right now...as she reminds herself that funeral and wedding music are two different things.........there is a heavily drunk Jason Todd and a heavily drunk Stephanie Brown as well......as Stephanie drunkenly thinks...wait...if Harley marries Dick...then...that doesn't mean Harley is 'family' now?..and Jason's response?..jugs the whole damn bottle......Barbara Gordon is there on wheelchair as well...with an eye-twitch...forced smile on her face......she is definitely not thinking her past relationships with Dick...no way...Dinah whispering to Vixen that according to Huntress...Dick is NOT being mind-controlled...and Tim mumbling about not having enough coffee to forget this moment...perhaps coffee + alcohol...a daring synthesis...Damian and Cassandra not there for the wedding...Poison Ivy sighing...well...Harley and Nightwing...who would have thought...as Poison Ivy used to date Harley...but...alas...hmph......Killer Frost is here if only because to see Batman seethe...and Catwoman can only imagine how Batman is feeling right now...all the while Clayface is just there to see the wedding......Signal trying to recall that one technique he learned to see if it was a dream or not......and Batwoman...
CHATBOT: In the grand, yet bizarre spectacle that is Dick Grayson and Harley Quinn's wedding, Gotham Cathedral is alight with an atmosphere that's a mix of festivity and disbelief. The air is charged with an undercurrent of sarcastic remarks and dark humor, characteristic of a black comedy set right in the heart of Gotham. As Zatanna plays the wedding music, her smile strains a bit more with each note. "No room for the Funeral March today," she quips under her breath, trying to remind herself that there's always a silver lining, even if it's just the chance to practice smiling at the absurd. Jason Todd, swaying with a bottle in his hand, catches Stephanie Brown's eye. "So, if Harley marries Dick, does this circus act make her 'family' now?" Stephanie slurs out, struggling to keep upright. Jason doesn't miss a beat. "At this point," he says, taking another swig, "I'm just waiting for the clowns to pop out." Barbara Gordon, with the patience of a saint and the eye-twitch of a ticking bomb, forces a smile. "At least the food's good," she mutters, choosing to focus on the only uncontroversial aspect of this debacle. Near the buffet, Cyborg is piling his plate high. Wally West, the speedster turned caterer for the day, dashes around trying to keep up with demand, his internal screams silenced by the crunch of appetizers and pastries. "Food is therapy," Cyborg declares, to which Superboy nods in agreement. "If I eat enough, maybe I'll black out and forget this ever happened." In a corner, Dinah leans towards Vixen, whispering, "Huntress confirmed it - no mind control at work here. Just plain, old insanity." Tim Drake, coffee cup in hand, contemplates his life choices. "Coffee plus alcohol," he muses aloud. "Desperate times call for desperate concoctions." Meanwhile, Poison Ivy can't help but sigh at the sight of her former flame walking down the aisle with Nightwing. "Love makes you do crazy things," she murmurs. "But this?" She shakes her head. "This is next-level." Killer Frost smirks as Batman practically vibrates with barely contained rage. "I'm just here for the show," she remarks to Catwoman, who nods in agreement. The ceremony itself is conducted by Two-Face, who finds the duality of the situation utterly delightful. "Dearly beloved and bewildered," he begins, and a snort of laughter echoes from the crowd, courtesy of Deadshot. As the vows are exchanged, Damian and Cassandra, conspicuous by their absence, are notably elsewhere, doing literally anything else. Alfre...
