"And my Lagiacrus," she said, gesturing to the electric blue creature at her side. There was a moment of silence as the two sisters stared out at the stars, thinking about all they had been through together. Suddenly, Eridani let out a gasp of pain, clutching at her stomach. "Asphodene," she said, her voice strained. "Something's wrong." Asphodene was by her sister's side in an instant, worry etched into her features. "What's happening?" she asked. "I think...I think I'm having a miscarriage," Eridani said, tears streaming down her face. Asphodene wrapped her arms around her sister, doing her best to offer comfort.
