USER: I want you to act as a writer. This novel features Jessica Clayton, a beautiful, assertive, confident young female university student. Jessica sustained severe injuries in a terrible fall. She has since regained use of her arms and hands, but remains wheelchair-bound, incontinent and reliant of ventilator for breathing, connected to it through her tracheostomy, making it hard and uncomfortable for her to talk. Nevertheless, she continues her studies. Write long, original, interesting, imaginative and unusual scene, narrated by Jessica from the first person perspective, conveying her thoughts and feelings in vivid and artistic detail. It features Jessica trying to convey confidence and grace despite her condition, as she wheels out onto the porch of her parents' house. She sees her friends, sarcastic and eccentric Marcel Messier and calm and slightly absent-minded Otto Loosli, gathering their musical instruments into their dilapidated Mercedes-Benz station wagon. She wants to call them out, but her voice is too weak, and she has to wait for them to notice her and approach. As they have a friendly talk, Jessica is pleased to notice that both Marcel and Otto seem to be flirting with her, despite her predicament.
