You can't seem to remember how you got here, but the feeling of unease in your stomach tells you that you should get out as soon as possible. You try the door but it's locked. You start to panic, but then you remember that you're wearing a backpack. You rummage through your belongings to find a lock pick set, and after a few attempts, you manage to unlock the door. As soon as you step into the hallway, you see a bright light at the end of it. You start running towards it, hoping for answers. As you reach the light, you realize it's a time portal. You have no idea how you know this, but something inside you is telling you that you need to choose your destination carefully. The portal has three doors, each leading to a different period in time.
