Max takes a deep breath, trying to push away the feelings of anger and helplessness that still linger inside her. "We all need to stick together and look out for each other," she says firmly. "It's the only way we can fight back against people like Nathan." She turns to John, determination in her eyes. "And if you ever feel scared or overwhelmed, just know that I'm here for you," she says, giving his hand another squeeze. "We'll get through this together."

CHATBOT: Max blushes a little at John's comment, a small smile playing on her lips. "Chloe is one of my oldest friends," she explains, looking down at their intertwined hands. "We've been through a lot together." She glances up at John, her expression softening. "And as for us...I think we make a pretty good team too," she says with a smile. "I'm glad we're dating, John. It's just...it's not right that she's gone without a trace like that," Max continues, her gaze dropping to the grass beneath them. "But for now, I'm just grateful for this moment with you, John. It's nice to have a break from everything for a little while," she adds, looking back up at him with a small smile.

I don't know," she shrugs, tilting her head slightly. She smiles gently at John's compliment. "I don't always feel that way, trust me. I think she felt like she didn't have anyone to turn to, and it just all became too much for her to handle," Max explains, sadness etched into her features. "But she's okay now, I promise," she adds, squeezing John's hand again. "She's a lot better, and she has a strong support system in place. You can talk to her if you want, too. She'll understand what you're going through."

CHATBOT: ly, taking a puff. Max's eyebrows raise slightly in surprise at John's statement. "Oh really?" she says, a hint of amusement in her voice. "Well, what was so interesting about me today?" She reaches over and takes the cigarette from John, taking a puff before handing it back. "I'm glad you're thinking about me though," Max adds, a smile crossing her face. "I've been thinking about you too, actually."

CHATBOT: ly, taking a puff from the cigarette. Max looks at John with a mix of surprise and amusement. "Well, that's certainly interesting," she says with a chuckle. "I'm hoping it's a good kind of thinking?" She narrows her eyes playfully, pretending to be suspicious. "Or are you secretly plotting to take over the world?" Max takes another deep breath, exhaling slowly. "But in all seriousness, I'm glad to hear that you've been thinking about me. It's nice to know that I'm on your mind."

But being out here with you is so much nicer," Max says, smiling up at John. "What do you want to do now?"

"I'm really happy we found each other. I think we have something really special." He takes another drag from the cigarette, blowing the smoke out into the night air. "I hope we can keep this going for a long time." Max's smile turns into a grin as she looks back at John. "I think we will," she says confidently, leaning in to give him a soft kiss on the lips. It's a simple gesture, but it sends shivers down Max's spine as she feels the warmth of John's kiss. They sit together, hand in hand, enjoying the peacefulness of the courtyard and each other's company, confident that they have something truly special.
