Scene 3 The trio finally reaches the top of the cliff and uncovers a pot of gold. Nathan: (excited) Look at all this treasure! Ellie: (gasping) It's beautiful! Joel: (smiling) You know what they say, Nathan. All's well that ends well. Nathan: What do you mean? Joel: You got your treasure, we (gesturing to himself and Ellie) got fresh air and exercise. Ellie: And we all have a great story to tell! The trio happily makes their way back down the cliff. Act Three Scene 1 Back at Nathan's place, the trio is cleaning and counting the treasure. Nathan: (excitedly) There's enough treasure here for all three of us! Joel: (smiling) What are you planning on doing with your share? Nathan: (grinning) I have a few ideas. Ellie: (curious) Like what? Nathan: (excited) Maybe we could put it all in a giant treasure chest and club together to buy a pirate ship! Joel: (laughing) Not a bad idea when you put it like that. Ellie: (smiling) You know what they say. Three's a team! All three of them laughed and high-fived each other. The screen fades to black while the sound of laughter can still be heard.
