However, after a bit of convincing (and a couple of awkward glances), they reluctantly oblige. I mean, how often do you get a chance to experience a truly unique, albeit awkward, moment like that? And so, Patricia and Marcel embark on their unexpected adventure, sharing a kiss - ventilator tube and all.
